The questions that matter most.
The final answer for each brand depends on SKU classification, channels and volume. These are the principles used to structure the proposal.
Who owns the inventory in Mexico?
Inventory ownership, title transfer and risk are defined in the commercial agreement before import. Operationally, every unit is segregated and tracked by SKU from inbound through sale, return or disposal.
How are consumer prices set?
The brand provides target retail pricing and margin expectations. Cubbo models landed cost, import duties, VAT, channel commissions, payment costs and operating fees. The final consumer price is agreed before launch.
What currency and tax treatment applies?
Mexican customers pay in MXN. Under the agreed IOR/MOR structure, Cubbo manages import duties, import VAT and the local tax obligations connected to the sale. Settlement currency, frequency and FX methodology are defined contractually, with a transparent settlement report.
